Apatheia isCellador simple saison based aged for several months in oak barrel, and then transferred onto spent Mexican Guavas and Feijoa Guavas, and infused with fresh lime zest and fresh pressed ginger root juice at packaging.

This new blend with the delicious Feijoa guavas standing out more than previous blends. Its refreshing and yet also more flavorful and complex than before. With notes of ginger, menthol, guava, lemon, lime, fernet, and vanilla; with a really uniquer sharp and spicy bite from the citrus and ginger.
